I was accosted by a woman online and was spreading anti mask propaganda. She openly advertises this business and I can't believe someone would be so stupid so advertise. Bad for the business owner or bad for her.

I called ahead to ensure my mother-in-law to be had a bottle of champagne waiting for her during her appointment (living in Vancouver made this a challenge to coordinate on my own). Not only was reception so kind to me while organizing but they allowed me to coordinate with them - which involved a staff member named Mike actually going to pick up a bottle of champagne on my behalf. That level of service is so out of the ordinary and I can't express how sweet it was of them to be so welcoming and helpful. 10/10 service !
Very terrible experience. Dirty and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
